As expected, we will pack your purchased products professionally and ship them as soon as possible to your delivery address. Given that we cannot stock all items in all sizes, delivery times for the respective carpet are stated on the delivery details page. We will contact you immediately and notify you in case of any delays.

We ship via DPD, GLS and forwarding company (insured shipping!)

Unfortunately, an island surcharge may be charged when shipping to an island. Please clarify this matter with us before ordering.
Please assume that customs duties may apply for shipments to non-EU foreign countries.

The following terms apply for all deliveries to EU countries (continental Europe):

€ 15.00 shipping flat rate. / Orders of € 700.00 and more are free of charge!

Island surcharges apply, e.g., for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Cypress. Our experience indicates that island surcharges do not exceed € 50.00. We will notify you accordingly after we have received your order, or please feel free to contact us in advance.

Non-EU countries:

!!! Currently we are not serving our UK customers!!! (20.January 2021)

Liechtenstein / Switzerland / Norway: (please note: shipment via a forwarding company applies for packages longer than 200 cm and/or total weight in excess of 30 kg).

Shipping & packing expenses:
Shipping & customs duties flat rate / free of charge for orders of € 1,500.00 and more!
We deliver to Liechtenstein, Switzerland or Norway customs duties paid and without tax (DDP, VAT unpaid).
This means that the shipping flat rates cover freight costs and net customs clearance costs. You will only need to pay accrued value added tax (or import VAT) as charged by Lichtenstein, Switzerland or Norway. (In this case, you will receive an invoice directly from the importing shipping company.) You will naturally not pay German VAT if we send your order outside of the EU.

Special information for Swiss customers:
You can save the freight costs to Switzerland if you have the opportunity to pick up the goods near the border. Some companies will receive your order on the German side of the border and store it for a fee until you pick it up. Simply ask us if you are interested. This kind of service can certainly be worthwhile for you for deliveries made by a forwarding company.

Please contact us for all further deliveries to NON-EU countries and to FOREIGN COUNTRIES outside of Europe!

Additional custom duties and fees shall accrue for deliveries made to foreign countries outside Europe.
(The EU contract cancellation right is excluded for shipment outside of the EU)

RETURN SHIPPING (Return Shipping Service)
We offer a return shipping service in co-operation with our shipping partners. You receive a package label via email that you stick visibly on the package. Please package the carpet carefully and securely. Information about return shipping expenses is provided below:

EU countries:

- Return shipment is free of charge for you for all return shipments made within Germany and from Austria.

- € 15.00 return shipping flat rate for returns from all additional EU countries (continental Europe).

- € 30.00 return shipping flat rate for returns from the United Kingdom & Ireland.

We do not offer return shipping service for return shipments from all EU island countries (e.g., Cypress) and EU regions (e.g., the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands).

NON-EU countries:

We do not offer return shipping service for all and any return shipments from all NON-EU countries. You will be required to pay the freight expenses. Accrued fees and customs charges for return shipment shall be deducted from the amount of the refund.
